Trade Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Trade Marketing Executive. As a member of our UK & Ireland sales and marketing team, based in Doncaster, you will be raising the profile of our brand and helping to drive sales of our market-leading products through the retail and office products channels.

Salary: Up to £25,000 dependent on experience

Location: Doncaster, UK

Employment: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

In this role, you will …


  • Develop strategic marketing plans for the UK & Ireland in line with European and Local objectives.
  • Develop bespoke marketing materials for key resellers.
  • Design and plan a robust calendar of email campaigns.
  • Forge strong relationships with customers, industry contacts, trade media, agency partners.
  • Create content and inputting data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our visibility within the digital space.
  • Prepare professional sell-in presentations for the sales teams.
  • Attend key customer events and help to organise webinars.


What you bring to the team…

  • Ideally, at least 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Already attained or planning to study for Marketing or business studies degree or CIM equivalent.
  • Computer literate. Able to competently use email, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database applications such as Microsoft Office & Cognos Powerplay, iCapture, Wordpress and Canva. The ability to work with HTML would also be an advantage (although not essential).
  • Ability to write detailed marketing plans as well as being proficient at interpreting marketing briefs and campaign requirements.
  • Strong bias on marketing communications skills.
  • Decision making skills based upon robust data analysis and consumer insight.
  • All round business acumen.
  • Highly creative.
  • Highly collaborative, team player.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivator and creative initiator.
  • Organised forward planning skills.
