European Full Stack Designer/Web Designer (Junior)

We are currently looking to recruit a junior Web Designer to join our Marcomms Team. This is a new role to support our existing digital offering to Europe. Together with our European Digital Marketing Coordinator, the Full Stack Designer will be responsible for creating new landing pages that allow for a smooth user journey across all our websites. The Full stack designer will get involved in every stage of a web related project which includes research, design and HTML/CSS.





In this role you will…


  • Design and shape unique, user-centric landing pages, tools and experiences across all language versions of our websites.
  • Analyse user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
  • Support on global website transition project.
  • Focus on ensuring consistency across our web applications.
  • Technical SEO implementation for landing pages.
  • Owner of European Content hub.
  • Creation of Website imagery and banners.


What you bring to the team…


  • Highly proficient with Adobe Suite.
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Develop web pages, applications, emails and other digital tools.
  • Strong design skills and proficiency with HTML / XML / CSS.
  • Working knowledge of Javascript / Jquery / Bootstrap or similar framework.
  • Highly Creative Thinker with a focus on problem solving.
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail, ability to prioritise effectively, proactivity and forward planning.
  • Strong communication skills – articulate in person and in writing, confident presenter to a small group of colleagues or clients, ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Agile thinker and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to manage team demands.
  • Collaborative and inquisitive mind set – strong team player, demonstrate positive energy, be curious, think laterally to find solutions.
