European Account Associate

We are hiring a European Account Associate to join our European Marketing Team and work closely with senior stakeholders on our Amazon Account. This exciting position is a busy role responsible for overseeing online sales improvement across multiple marketplaces, primarily Amazon, ensuring that customers have best in class imagery, content, positioning, price competitiveness and promotional support for Fellowes products.

This exciting position is a busy role responsible for overseeing online sales improvement across multiple marketplaces, primarily Amazon, ensuring that customers have best in class imagery, content, positioning, price competitiveness and promotional support for Fellowes products.

Responsibilities

In this role you will…

  • Develop and implement new product launch plans across all Amazon platforms/countries.
  • Control how Fellowes products are represented online on Amazon across Europe.
  • Become the Fellowes expert for Amazon Marketing Services across Europe.
  • Understand marketing and promotional plans to ensure content and AMS plans are co-ordinated.
  • Communicate Amazon marketing calendar internally.
  • Support local Marketing Teams and request support from local Marketing Teams on Amazon specific initiatives.
  • Ensure Amazons cost price files are accurate and updated correctly. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies when they occur.
  • Be a Fellowes ecommerce expert and provide ecommerce insight and assistance for colleagues managing other Fellowes customers.

 

Qualifications

What you bring to the team…

 

  • Minimum A Level or equivalent in a Business Studies, Marketing, or ecommerce related field.
  • Understanding of Amazon and the online retail market.
  • Collaboration – happy working as part of a large and varied team, sometimes leading, but always participating.
  • Strong communication skills, you will need to liaise with internal and external customers in several countries.
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to project manage several projects and deadlines at once
  • Numerate with strong analytical skills.
  • IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office skills with a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pro-active, driven and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge/experience of other online resellers in addition to Amazon (desirable, not essential)
